Encontro Checklist: (Sat 6pm-2am)
  • ​Bring uniforms and keep other items to a minimum
  • Be at the venue early - an hour before any of the performances you are taking part of (Afro, Raio, etc.)
  • our meet time to start getting ready for our Raio main set is at 8:25pm 
  • Bring your energy!
  • Check latest 'Encontro performer updates' (this relates for all performers for the Encontro, not just Raio)

**Raio members who are rostered on, check in with the listed stage manager for the shift first before going to your listed locations.

Please ensure you do a handover with the person in the role for the previous shift before swapping to check in for issues.

People on shift 1, please come at 6pm to get a run through and crew lanyards before doors open.

The aim is to ensure that performers are ready to go and that we control the flow of performers going in between the green room and stage.

Raio - Raio yellow tops, black bottoms, black shoes
Unidos da Cacatua drummers- white unidos da cacatua shirt with logo, white pants, white shoes
Unidos da Cacatua dancers- passista style i.e. bodysuits, fringe dress, blue denim shorts, crop top, in the shool colours (white, purple, yellow)  or even the cacatua shirt with logo.Just as long as you can dance freely in it.
